Cranberry and Fig Spiced Bites

Quick & Easy Gluten Free Vegan Friendly Dairy Free

Puréed figs give a sweet caramelised taste to these snacks, matched perfectly with the rich notes of chocolate and brown sugar that come through our Four Corners dark roast.

Ingredients

125g Whole skin on almonds

125g Dried cranberries

125g Dried figs

1 tsp Maca powder

½ tsp Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp Ground ginger

¼ tsp All spice

¼ tsp Ground nutmeg

1½ tbsp Orange Juice

Method

Step 1

Soften the figs in warm water for 10 minutes (if necessary). Drain well and dry.


Step 2

Blend the almonds into pieces and mix with the spices.


Step 3

Separately blend the cranberries, figs and orange juice. Add the spices


Step 4

Mix both together. Form into moulds weighing 18g each.


Step 5

Ref rigerate to set and serve at room temperature.
