The dates, nuts, and ground coffee in these little bombshells pack a serious punch of flavour, well met with the clean strong cocoa notes that come through in our Peruvian single origin.


218g Soft dates

½ Vanilla

70g Whole almonds

1 tbsp Ground coffee

75g Cashew nuts

1 Cardamom


Step 1

Blend the dates to a paste. Separately blend all the remaining ingredients together (not completely ground) and add to the date paste. Form into shapes in flexible mats.

Step 2

Leave for 1-2 hours in the fridge to set.

Step 3

Remove from mould and store in an airtight container in the fridge before serving.
